To view the start of the Teifi Trail click on the sub menus. The trail commences at the Teifi Pools and follows the course of the River Teifi down to where it enters the sea at Cardigan Bay. Take a day out and visit some of the places shown and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the River Teifi and the surrounding countryside.
